Rules and Conditions for Using a Parking Space
For effective parking management, you must:
- comply with all signs in the Parking Area, including these General Terms and all markings;
- park within the boundaries of a marked parking space;
- not park in spaces designated for specific purposes without authorization (including, without limitation, parking in disabled parking spaces without proper certification or in reserved spaces).
Failure to comply may result in a Parking Violation Notice, requiring payment of unpaid parking fees plus an additional amount representing an estimated assessment of additional costs incurred due to non-compliance (including debt collection costs). Details regarding parking violation fees are available at each Parking Area.
Payment instructions, deadlines, consequences of non-payment, and appeal procedures will be specified in the Parking Violation Notice.
By parking your vehicle, you consent to the capture, use, and processing of your license plate number and personal data via video surveillance and automatic license plate recognition (where applicable) for enforcement, fee calculation, and collection of unpaid parking fees.
If the Parking Area or its equipment is damaged by you, your vehicle, its contents, or passengers—unless the damage is directly caused by our negligence—we will seek reimbursement for repair and related administrative costs.
It is prohibited for any parking space user to tow another vehicle without explicit consent from Park Aid.
It is prohibited to dispose of objects or waste on the premises of the rented property (Parking Area).
It is prohibited to refuel or drain fuel from any vehicle on the Parking Area premises or nearby.
Smoking and consumption of alcoholic beverages are prohibited on the Parking Area premises.
Park Aid does not tolerate antisocial behavior in any Parking Area connected to the system.
Prices
Parking fees vary based on factors such as duration, season, and parking type. The final amount due will be displayed in the application. Drivers are required to pay parking fees and comply with all posted instructions and these General Terms.
Payments are processed via the Stripe payment system. By accepting these General Terms, Drivers confirm they have read and understood Stripe’s terms, available at https://stripe.com/en-bg/legal/ssa. Park Aid is not responsible for technical issues or inability to process payments due to third-party system failures.
Security
Users must ensure their vehicle is locked, windows closed, and alarm or steering lock activated if installed. Park Aid is not responsible for losses resulting from failure to properly secure the vehicle.
All items left inside vehicles are the responsibility of the vehicle owner. Park Aid is not liable for theft by third parties.
Park Aid reserves the right to access video surveillance recordings in parking areas to assist with the management of abandoned vehicles.
Abandoned Vehicles
A vehicle is considered abandoned if left for more than seven (7) days after the rental period expires without prior written notice.
Park Aid reserves the right to engage or allow competent authorities to remove abandoned vehicles or to take removal steps where the registered owner cannot be identified. Prior to removal, Park Aid will:
- refer the matter to the competent authorities, including local police;
- attach a notice to the vehicle at least two (2) days before the planned removal;
- attempt to contact the owner using the provided address, phone number, or other available information at least two (2) days before removal.
